IDIS grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non transferable right of access to and use of the Biofit Web Site. Any other rights are expressly excluded except otherwise provided in a specific written agreement.

The Biofit Web Site has been registered with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés, in accordance with the provisions of the French Act N° 78-17 of 6th January 1978 (n° 1075014). When you visit the Biofit Web Site, personal data may be gathered and processed by an automated system. Such personal data will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
