Definitions:
"You/Your" means you, the user of this Website or a registrant at Biofit 2010, to be held in Lille October 26/27, 2010
"We/Us/Our" means IDIS who provides the event.

1. Payment and cancellation:
- You shall pay 100% of any fee due to us on booking and in advance of the Event taking place.

- If You cancel Your participation in an event organized by Us, requests for refunds must be made in writing, and within the date limits established for each event and clearly displayed on the 'registration' section of each event website. We cannot be responsible for exchange rate losses and bank charges associated with your refund and so You may not receive the exact total of Your original payment.

- At our discretion, you may substitute a delegate provided that this is conveyed via email to us and then by filling in a fresh registration form and stating in the comments box on the form the name of the person s/he is replacing.
The replacement delegate will take over the partnering meetings agreed by the original delegate, although these can be cancelled if the meetings are no longer relevant.

- We reserve the right to cancel an event organized by us at any time for commercial or other reasons within Our control, in which case You will receive a full refund of any monies or any parts of monies paid to Us in respect of registration fees, exhibition fees or sponsorship but no other compensation shall be due.

- If, however, We are obliged to cancel an event before its start or during its implementation due to reasons of force majeure (including, but not limited to, war, terrorist attacks, civil, international or other crises, strikes, government or other official regulations, or acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood, disease, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen occurrence whatsoever beyond Our control) then We shall only be obliged to reimburse You subject to pro-rata deduction of any costs We have incurred in preparing the event.

- We shall not be liable to make any total or partial repayment in respect of the perceived or actual failure of an event to achieve advertised goals or to make available advertised services except where such failure is caused by way of Our gross negligence. In the event of gross negligence by Us, any claim for refund or payment of damages shall be limited to the amount You paid as registration fees, exhibition fees or sponsorship.

2. Sponsor marketing
- Biofit’s sponsors may wish to send you information through dedicated emailing campaign sent by IDIS.
- Please notice that your personal data will not be disclosed to the sponsors.

3. Data Protection Notice
- By providing the personal information requested in the registration form, you agree that IDIS and Eurasanté may use the information for marketing, analysis and in order to audit the administration of grants.

4. General
- You agree to comply with any rules and regulations associated with the Event venue and shall ensure that its representatives required to attend the Event shall do the same.

- If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Terms and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
