The BioFIT Steering Committee members are our key ambassadors, supporting us at every step of the way. They enable us to propose the best in early stage Life Sciences innovation by designing the content of the conference program, identifying high-level speakers and helping us to set-up new meeting opportunities at BioFIT.

Five Life Sciences experts have joined BioFIT’s Steering Committee this year:

• Haude Costa who represents France Biotech, the Association for French companies in the Life Sciences sector and their partners. Its aim is to contribute to domestic growth in this innovative industry and to support France’s leadership role within the European Life Sciences community.
• Barbara Freischem who represents EBE – European Biopharmaceutical Enterprises, Europe’s expert voice for emerging biosciences and technologies, the leading platform for health innovation ecosystems.
• Sarah Holland who represents Sanofi, and Sabrina Lesage who represents Pfizer, two of the world’s leading innovative biopharmaceutical companies.
• Sara Nunez-Garcia who represents Sofinnova Partners, an investment firm focusing on ambitious Life Sciences projects in biopharmaceutical, medical devices and industrial biotechnology. The company also invests in game-changing technologies and projects which could revolutionize these industries and address tomorrow’s challenges.

For this 5^th edition, BioFIT is proud to host several events before and during the event. Even more opportunities to meet potential R&D partners and share best practices.

• EGID Symposium: NASH conferences and poster presentations about cardio metabolic diseases, organised by the European Genomic Institute for Diabetes – 200 attendees

• SIRIC ONCOLille Days: Oncology conferences and poster presentations, organised by SIRIC ONCOLille, a scientific interest consortium which supports clinicians and researchers in cancerology – 150 attendees

• AFSSI Conference: A conference organised by the French Association of Outsourcing and Innovative Companies, which aims sustainable collaborations between European industrial Life Sciences and R&D stakeholders – 80 attendees
