Pascale is Head of Partnership in the Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship Office at Institut Pasteur in Paris. She holds a PhD in molecular and cellular biology from Paris-Saclay University. She then worked as a financial analyst before moving into business development positions in various organizations (biotech start-ups, Inserm-transfert, Pfizer, Zoetis). In the last 6 years, she has worked as an independent business development consultant for various biotech companies in France and abroad.
